We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all hosting and email services. At anytime within 30 days after purchase you are not 100% satisfied then we will refund you 100% of the fees paid. Please see our refund policy below for more information.

Standard Refund Terms

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase for annual cloud hosting plans.

You may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase for monthly cloud hosting plans.

After 30 days, you may request a credit for any unused months remaining on your annual plan. This credit can only be used towards any service from our website.

In no event will you be eligible for more than one refund for the same product.
